If you want someone who will go to bat for you, even in the most unusual of situations, you will find that with her. She's very experienced and will take good care of you. We never felt one iota of pressure to purchase something that wasn't perfect for our many specific demands. House buying went from nightmare to owning the home of our dreams!

Elizabeth did an exceptional job making it possible for us to quickly sell our house at a price even higher than we originally forecasted...and led the way in spearheading needed renovations work by identifying trustworthy contractors who accomplished work in a timely and cost-effective way. She was also helpful with roofing contractors, lawyers and insurance adjusters, etc. The thing that stands out the most is that she always had an informative and precise response within 24 hours through every step from beginning to closing day.
